What is Azure Scheduler?

Azure Scheduler (now being replaced by Azure Logic Apps) allows you to run jobs on simple or complex recurring schedules. It enables you to invoke actions such as calling HTTP/S endpoints or posting messages to storage queues on any schedule, increasing the reliability of regularly recurring jobs.
