The Re-platform Pod is an ongoing squad that executes a monolith-to-modern migration incrementally: services carved out of the monolith by domain, replaced piece by piece behind stable interfaces, and cut over with zero downtime — while the business keeps running on the system being replaced.

The pod works the roadmap phase by phase — cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, then incremental migration using the strangler fig pattern — with migration health visible on real-time dashboards, so progress is measured in retired legacy components, not slideware.
