How is this different from the Pipeline Acceleration Sprint?

The sprint fixes one pipeline on a fixed scope. The pod builds and runs the platform underneath all of them — IDP, IaC, golden paths — as an ongoing capability. Many teams run the sprint first, then graduate to the pod.

Do our engineers have to adopt new tools?
