Deloitte Audit Graduate Recruitment was looking to improve the probability of graduate candidates joining their firm. They were having problems with their recruitment system since there was a big gap between approach and hire.

As a result of in-depth market research, a mobile app was developed that provided mentorship opportunities to graduates as well as a simple way to join Deloitte competitions, submit results, and attend Deloitte events. This connects to an applicant tracking system, which we also manage. We built this recruitment platform for them. This system is a cross-platform instant messaging application that allows candidates to communicate with a CA as well as upload their marks, enabling the assessors at Deloitte to make better recruitment choices faster.
The solution resulted in overall improved efficiency. Time is saved, recruitment data is managed and tracked accurately, improved employee onboarding plans, on-demand reporting, employee development plans, and reduced human errors.
