Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile discipline.
Maintain the sprint backlog, track progress, manage impediments, and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
Work closely with Product Owners, BAs, Developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
Drive cross-functional alignment across workstreams (Tech, Data, Ops, Change).
Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks; escalate blockers early.
Prepare and maintain RAID logs, sprint reports, and velocity tracking for PMO and SteerCo reporting.
Support solutioning sprints, testing readiness, and go-live planning activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement in Agile practices and team collaboration.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in large-scale digital or technology programmes.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and project governance practices.
Experience with Jira/Confluence for backlog and sprint management.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams and stakeholders.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver within complex or cross-functional environments.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
