Overview

Managed Delivery is the model where Scrums.com takes active accountability for specific engineering outcomes. Rather than supplying individuals or teams for you to manage, Scrums.com orchestrates the right mix of skills and capacity to deliver agreed outcomes continuously. Service Name: Scrums.com Managed Services
Billing Model: Subscription
Delivery Model: Scrums-managed
This model is delivered through three subscription products:
  • PDaaS (Product Development as a Service) — Full end-to-end product delivery
  • QA as a Service — Continuous, managed quality assurance
  • Maintenance as a Service — Ongoing platform reliability and support

How It Works

Managed Delivery operates on a fractional model. Scrums.com allocates the right skills at the right time — you do not pay for a full-time engineer sitting idle. Instead, delivery is structured around outcomes and throughput, with clear reporting each month. Monthly cycle:
  1. Planning — At the start of each month, delivery priorities are aligned with your Enablement Partner
  2. Execution — Scrums.com engineers execute work across the defined scope, with AI Agents augmenting testing, documentation, and workflow automation
  3. Reporting — Monthly delivery reports summarise work completed, issues resolved, and metrics against SLAs
  4. Review — Priorities are reassessed and adjusted for the following month
