Monthly cycle:- Planning — At the start of each month, delivery priorities are aligned with your Enablement Partner
- Execution — Scrums.com engineers execute work across the defined scope, with AI Agents augmenting testing, documentation, and workflow automation
- Reporting — Monthly delivery reports summarise work completed, issues resolved, and metrics against SLAs
- Review — Priorities are reassessed and adjusted for the following month
