What’s new
- AI backlog prioritization — Shipped
- Multi-workspace support — Shipped
- Real-time collaboration — In progress
- Advanced compliance reporting — In progress
- Delivery model analytics — Shipped
AI backlog prioritization
Shipped The backlog view now includes an AI-generated priority score for every ticket. Scores are calculated from business value signals, dependency chains, team velocity, and stakeholder-flagged urgency. How it works:- Connect your issue tracker (Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues) to sync ticket metadata
- The AI model re-scores tickets nightly and on demand
- Priority explanations are shown inline so teams understand the reasoning, not just the rank
- Scrum Masters can pin tickets to override AI ordering without losing the underlying score
Multi-workspace support
Shipped Organizations can now manage multiple workspaces under a single billing account. What this enables:- Separate workspaces per business unit, product line, or client engagement
- Centralized billing and seat management from the account admin panel
- Cross-workspace reporting for portfolio-level visibility
- Role assignments are workspace-scoped; users can hold different roles across workspaces
Each workspace requires at least one Workspace Admin. Users can belong to multiple workspaces with independent role assignments.
Real-time collaboration
In progress Ticket editing, sprint boards, and planning sessions will support real-time multi-user collaboration — similar to what you’d expect from a shared document editor. Planned capabilities:- Live cursor presence on sprint boards and the backlog
- Concurrent ticket editing with conflict resolution
- Collaborative sprint planning mode where multiple participants can drag, resize, and comment simultaneously
- Presence indicators showing who is viewing the same page
Advanced compliance reporting
In progress A new compliance reporting module will provide audit-ready exports aligned with common frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and custom enterprise policies. Planned report types:- Access and permission change log
- Sprint and delivery evidence reports for audit trails
- Data residency and processing records
- Policy enforcement summaries from the governance module
Delivery model analytics
Shipped A new analytics section breaks down performance and cost data by delivery model — dedicated teams, managed delivery, staff augmentation, and on-demand. Available metrics:- Cost per story point by delivery model
- On-time delivery rate by model and team size
- Ramp time for new team members by engagement type
- Comparative velocity across concurrent delivery models
Upcoming in this release
The following items are planned for the Summer 2026 release window and will be documented here as they ship:- Mobile app — iOS and Android apps for sprint board management and notifications
- AI retrospective summaries — Auto-generated retrospective drafts from sprint data and team sentiment
- Custom metric definitions — Define your own KPIs and track them alongside built-in metrics
