Managing Users

Navigate to Settings > Users to manage your workspace members. Inviting users:
  1. Click Invite User
  2. Enter their email address
  3. Select their role (Admin, Manager, or Viewer)
  4. Click Send Invitation
The user will receive an email invitation. Once accepted, they will appear in your Users list. Roles and permissions:
RoleCapabilities
AdminFull workspace control: users, billing, settings, all data
ManagerView dashboards, manage team tasks, approve work, download reports
ViewerRead-only access to dashboards and delivery reports
Removing users: Click the user’s name, select Remove from Workspace, and confirm. Their access is revoked immediately.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

On Recommended and Enterprise plans, RBAC allows granular permission management:
  • Restrict specific users to specific projects
  • Control which analytics data is visible to which roles
  • Manage read/write access to backlog and sprint boards per user group
Configure RBAC in Settings > Access Control.
