Managing Users
Navigate to Settings > Users to manage your workspace members.
Inviting users:
- Click Invite User
- Enter their email address
- Select their role (Admin, Manager, or Viewer)
- Click Send Invitation
The user will receive an email invitation. Once accepted, they will appear in your Users list.
Roles and permissions:
| Role | Capabilities |
|---|
| Admin | Full workspace control: users, billing, settings, all data |
| Manager | View dashboards, manage team tasks, approve work, download reports |
| Viewer | Read-only access to dashboards and delivery reports |
Removing users: Click the user’s name, select Remove from Workspace, and confirm. Their access is revoked immediately.
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
On Recommended and Enterprise plans, RBAC allows granular permission management:
- Restrict specific users to specific projects
- Control which analytics data is visible to which roles
- Manage read/write access to backlog and sprint boards per user group
