Predictive analytics earns its keep only when a model changes a decision. This pilot builds and validates one predictive model, demand forecasting, churn risk, conversion propensity, or similar, tied to a decision you name up front. The finish state is a validated model, a measured comparison against your current baseline, and a clear recommendation: scale it, refine it, or stop.
The pilot is deliberately honest. It starts by fixing the decision and the baseline, builds the model on your data, and validates against held-out reality. If the model does not beat the baseline, the report says so and explains why; that answer is worth more than a demo that never ships.
