Each external system — CRM, ERP, payments, logistics, messaging — gets a connector; your product talks to the hub's canonical models; and cross-cutting concerns live in one place: credentials, retries, rate limiting, logging, and monitoring. The finish state is the hub in production with your first two or three connectors migrated onto it and a proven pattern for adding the next one in days, not weeks.

Do all existing integrations migrate during the sprint?

No — the first two or three do, to prove the pattern. The rest migrate incrementally afterward, by your team using the template or as follow-on items.
