Design, build and deliver full-stack AI applications focused specifically on automation pipelines, RAG implementations and workflow orchestration. Bridges the gap between AI experimentation and working business applications by combining software engineering and AI engineering skills in one delivery capability.

Responsibilities

Build end-to-end AI automation products from concept through pilot and production
Develop agentic workflows that can call tools, retrieve information, execute tasks and escalate to humans where required
Build RAG pipelines with retrieval quality, access control, source citation, chunking strategy, embeddings and vector search
Implement prompt templates, guardrails, feedback loops and evaluation hooks
Automate business processes across HR, finance, operations and SDLC workflows
Integrate with enterprise systems including document repositories, ticketing tools, communication channels and APIs
Package solutions for pilot users, collect feedback and iterate rapidly
Contribute reusable automation components, templates and engineering standards

Experience and education

5+ years in full-stack software development, backend engineering or AI application development. 2+ years building cloud-based applications or enterprise digital platforms. Demonstrated experience building applications with authentication, permissions and secure data flows in agile environments. Exposure to LLMs, RAG, workflow automation platforms or intelligent assistants. Fintech, banking or telecoms background preferred.
