Lead the technical design, engineering standards, architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions. Acts as technical authority for LLM applications, RAG, agentic AI, AI orchestration, model evaluation, responsible AI engineering and production readiness.

Responsibilities

Own AI engineering architecture and technical decision-making across multiple priority use cases
Define reusable patterns for copilots, agents, RAG, knowledge assistants, workflow automation and AI-enabled application development
Design end-to-end AI solutions covering frontend, backend, orchestration, LLM integration, data retrieval, workflow integration, security and monitoring
Lead delivery of priority use cases including IVR/voice AI, Finance Bot, HR Shortlisting, Automated Testing Tool, AI Learning Hub and internal knowledge copilots
Embed responsible AI, data privacy, access control and model risk into every solution
Mentor engineers and establish a high-performance AI engineering culture
Partner with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, Legal, Risk and Business teams

Experience and education

8+ years in software engineering, solution architecture or AI engineering. 3+ years hands-on building production AI platforms. Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in regulated or large corporate environments. Azure platform experience required. Fintech/telecoms background preferred.
