Overview

The Microsoft Teams integration delivers delivery updates and platform notifications from SEOP into your Teams channels. Teams that work within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem can receive sprint updates, risk alerts, and delivery confirmations without leaving their primary collaboration tool.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Teams Admin or Team Owner access (to install the connector)
  • Scrums.com workspace Admin access

Setup

Open Integrations

In your Scrums.com workspace, go to Settings > Integrations and select Microsoft Teams.

Generate webhook URL

In Microsoft Teams, navigate to the channel where you want to receive notifications. Click the menu > Connectors > Incoming Webhook. Create a webhook and copy the URL.

Paste webhook URL

Back in Scrums.com, paste the Teams webhook URL into the configuration field.

Select notification types

Choose which events trigger Teams messages for this channel.

Save and test

Click Save and use Send test notification to confirm the connection.
You can configure multiple webhook URLs to route different notification types to different Teams channels.
