Overview

All integrations are managed from a single location inside your Scrums.com workspace: Settings > Integrations Navigate there, find your tool from the full list of supported integrations, and follow the on-screen steps to connect. Each integration walks you through authorisation and configuration directly in the platform.

Before you start

Most integrations require Admin access on both Scrums.com and the tool you’re connecting. Confirm you have the right permissions in each system before starting setup. Common requirements:
ToolRequired permissions
JiraJira Admin or Project Admin
GitHubRepository Admin or Organisation Owner
SlackSlack Workspace Admin
Azure DevOpsProject Collection Administrator
DatadogAPI key (Admin access)
SonarCloudOrganisation Admin

General setup steps

1

Open Settings > Integrations

Navigate to your workspace settings and select the Integrations tab. You will see the full list of available integrations.
2

Select your tool

Find the tool you want to connect. Click Connect to begin the setup flow.
3

Authorise access

You will be redirected to the tool’s authorisation page. Log in and grant Scrums.com the required permissions. For OAuth-based integrations (Jira, GitHub, Slack), this is handled automatically. For API-key-based integrations (Datadog, SonarCloud), you will paste your key directly into the settings form.
4

Configure sync settings

Select which projects, repositories, or channels to connect. Set your sync frequency (real-time or hourly where applicable).
5

Verify and save

Click Save and confirm the connection is active. Your integration status will show as Connected in the Integrations list.
