The Scrums.com workspace is your central hub for managing engineering delivery. It brings together your teams, projects, delivery metrics, and AI-powered insights in one place.
Main Navigation
The left-hand sidebar contains the primary navigation:

The Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you a live view of your engineering delivery. Key widgets include:
- Sprint Health — completion rate and blockers for your current sprint
- Team Capacity — hours available vs. committed across your active engineers
- Delivery Velocity — trend of story points completed over recent sprints
- AI Insights — proactive recommendations surfaced by SEOP’s AI agents
- Open Risks — flagged risks or blockers requiring attention
The Teams View
The Teams view shows all Scrums.com engineers currently deployed in your workspace. For each team member you can view their role, current sprint assignments, logged hours this month, and performance indicators.
On Recommended and Enterprise plans, you can also view team-level aggregate metrics such as code quality scores, PR cycle time, and review participation.
Analytics
The Analytics section surfaces the delivery data that matters most to engineering leaders. Dashboards are pre-built for common needs including:
- DORA Metrics — deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, and mean time to recovery
- Sprint Performance — velocity trends, sprint completion rates, and story point burn-down
- Quality Indicators — defect escape rates, test coverage, and bug resolution time
- Team Insights — individual and team-level productivity patterns
Custom dashboards are available on the Enterprise plan.
Notifications
Scrums.com sends in-app and email notifications for key delivery events, including sprint completions, blockers raised, AI agent actions, and billing updates. Notification preferences can be managed in Settings > Notifications.Last modified on March 12, 2026
