# Delivery Primitive

> The Delivery primitive: engagement models and delivery services — sprints, audits, workshops and managed QA.

## Overview

Delivery is one of the four catalog primitives. It covers the ways Scrums.com takes on **units of work** rather than supplying people.

Where the [Talent primitive](/docs/products/talent/overview) supplies engineers you direct, Delivery supplies a scoped outcome that Scrums.com runs.

## Engagement models
