# Plans & Subscription

> Platform is one bundled subscription. How the tiers differ on governance, SLA and deployment surface — and what stays the same across all of them.

## One subscription, not a product list

**Platform is a single bundled subscription.** You subscribe to Platform. You then deploy items from the four catalog registers — Agents, Delivery, Talent and Infra — against that subscription.

Platform is a constitutional primitive, but unlike the other four it is **not a register**. It holds no catalog items of its own and has no catalog URL. It is the layer the registers run on. See [Catalog Overview](/docs/products/catalog).

This is why there is no separate price for a capability. Capabilities such as DORA metrics or the AI agent harness are part of Platform, not products beside it.

## What the tiers change

Every tier gives you the same platform. The tiers differ on **governance, accountability and where the platform runs** — not on which primitives you may use.

| Tier           | Positioning                                               |
| -------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Free** | Scope the platform and catalog before you commit. |
| **Access** | Deploy your first catalog primitive on a card. |
| **Business** | Full governance and intelligence for multi-team delivery. |
| **Enterprise** | Your environment, your controls, named accountability. |

The progression is deliberate:

* **Free → Access** unlocks deployment. You move from looking at the catalog to running something from it.
* **Access → Business** unlocks governance and delivery intelligence across several teams.
* **Business → Enterprise** unlocks your own environment, your own controls, and named accountability with an SLA.

<Note>
  Current prices, tier limits and SLA terms live on the [pricing page](https://www.scrums.com/pricing). They are deliberately not duplicated here — a number in two places drifts.
</Note>

## What does not change with tier

* **The catalog.** Every tier sees all four registers.
* **Identity.** Deployments carry a permanent `DEP-` code at every tier. See [Deployments](/docs/products/deployments).
* **Model choice.** Platform is model-agnostic at every tier.

## Usage

Deployments are billed against your subscription, not bundled into it. A subscription grants access to the platform and its governance; each deployment is its own commercial line.

See [Billing & Usage](/docs/administration/billing) for invoicing terms and reconciliation.
