> Learn how to create your Scrums.com account and get access to the SEOP platform.

## Overview

Signing up to Scrums.com gives you access to the Software Engineering Orchestration Platform (SEOP), your central workspace for managing engineering teams, tracking delivery, and orchestrating software at scale.

This guide walks you through creating your account and gaining initial platform access.

## Step 1: Request Access or Self-Serve Sign Up

Depending on how you are onboarding, there are two paths:

**Path A: Direct Sign Up (Standard Plan)**

Visit [scrums.com](https://www.scrums.com) and click **Get Started** or **Sign Up Free**. You will be prompted to enter your work email address, company name, and a password. Free email domains (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) are routed into the Scrums.com team. A business email address is required to activate a workspace.

**Path B: Sales-Assisted Onboarding (Recommended or Enterprise Plan)**

If you have been working with a Scrums.com Account Executive, your workspace will be provisioned as part of your onboarding. You will receive an email invitation to activate your account once your order is confirmed.

## Step 2: Verify Your Email

After submitting your details, check your inbox for a verification email from Scrums.com. Enter the OTP to activate your account. If you do not receive this within five minutes, check your spam folder or contact [growth@scrums.com](mailto:grow@scrums.com).

## Step 3: Accept Your Workspace Invitation

If you are joining an existing company workspace (e.g., your account has been set up by your Scrums.com Enablement Partner), you will receive a separate workspace invitation email. Click **Accept Invite** to join your organisation's workspace.

## Step 4: Log In

Visit [scrums.com](https://www.scrums.com) and click **Log In** in the top navigation. Enter your email and password. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and recommended for all users.

## What Happens Next

Once logged in, you will be guided through [First-Time Setup](/docs/getting-started/first-time-setup) to configure your workspace and prepare for your first engagement. Your plan tier (Standard, Recommended, or Enterprise) determines which features are available to you.
