# Account Administration

> How to manage users, roles, and permissions in your Scrums.com workspace.

## Managing Users

Navigate to **Settings > Users** to manage your workspace members.

**Inviting users:**

1. Click **Invite User**
2. Enter their email address
3. Select their role (Admin, Manager, or Viewer)
4. Click **Send Invitation**

The user will receive an email invitation. Once accepted, they will appear in your Users list.

**Roles and permissions:**

| Role | Capabilities |
| ------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Admin | Full workspace control: users, billing, settings, all data |
| Manager | View dashboards, manage team tasks, approve work, download reports |
| Viewer | Read-only access to dashboards and delivery reports |

**Removing users:** Click the user's name, select **Remove from Workspace**, and confirm. Their access is revoked immediately.

## Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

On Recommended and Enterprise plans, RBAC allows granular permission management:

* Restrict specific users to specific projects
* Control which analytics data is visible to which roles
* Manage read/write access to backlog and sprint boards per user group

Configure RBAC in **Settings > Access Control**.
